What program is used for newgrounds and any other flash movies?

im looking for a program that is used to make flash sprite movies if you know which on then tell where to get it example Super mario Bros Z

2. To make flash movies, you need a program called Adobe Flash CS3 Professional. It takes a while to learn the interface and the coding, but it's the only way to make those.
